Ingredients

2 cups of rolled oats
1 ¼ cup apple juice or Oat /Almond Milk
1 cup of Greek Natural yoghurt
Seasons Collective Fig Jam with sweet spice
Sliced figs
Toasted flaked almonds

Method

  1. Combine oats, juice & yoghurt in a medium bowl. Cover & refrigerate overnight
  2. Stir and layer into a glass
  3. Dollop approx. 30g of Fig Jam on top of the oats
  4. Layer with some extra Greek yoghurt, flaked almonds and fig slices
