Collection is available from Kellyville 2155. Pickup location will be sent to you via email once your order is available for collection.
We also offer freight to anywhere in Australia. Simply enter your postcode upon checkout and your postage cost will be calculated for you.
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different products, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will need photo evidence of damage incurred in transit.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must not have a broken seal and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Advise the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason for doing so.
- A notification and confirmation of the process thereafter will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
